Second Week In BeST...

Monday (08/03/10) – I went to class this morning with full of expectation. Today, we were taught how to conduct an effective meeting. Again we got a chance to meet the two wonderful women, Ms. Suze and Ms. Iris. We were given a brief explanation on how to conduct an effective meeting. Then we were given a task to carry out a particular meeting scenario. We learnt a lot of useful tips on how to make our meeting valid and interesting.

Tuesday (09/03/10) - Today, Ms. Norliza and Ms. Farah taught us the proper way of writing a cover letter. We got to know the importance of cover letter and we realise that it should be very very impressive in order to grab the attention of the potential employer.

Thursday (11/03/10) – I'm back to campus after a one day leave because of migraine. Today many of my colleagues were in nervous because they are involved in a group presentation. En. Farizal commented all the groups that presented today. We should take his comment in consideration because its all to correct our mistakes and makes us perfect. I really enjoyed watching my fellow friends present in front and some groups were really funny.


Friday (12/03/10) - Madam Patricia Greene, a Professor from Babson College gave a lecture today about Entrepreneurship. She had cleared our point of view of what is really meant by entrepreneurship. Her lecture was very informative and interesting as well.

1st Week in BeST Program...

Monday (01/03/10) - The journey to success begins this week...We, graduates from different universities, different country and even different races are united under the roof of this wonderful place called Unirazak.. Here, we were introduced to the BeST program by one of the Biotech Corp representative, Ms Farah. We were even introduced to the School of Executive and Entrepreneur Development (SEED) personnel. Furthermore, we were briefed about the objectives of the BeST program and why we are here..

We were also introduced to Dr. Syamala Arian, a consultant with BiotechCorp and was given a half day lecture on the concept behind Intellectual Property (IP). I get to know more about the use of IP. After the break, we were given a lecture by Mr. Said.He had discussed about some of the branches in the field of Biotechnology. This talk was very informative as i get to know more about this profession.

At the end of the day, Ms.Farah surprised us with an announcement. I was really shocked when she said that we were going to stay two days one night at Lembah Pangsun Eco-Resort. I didn't even know where it is situated so i was very excited. On the other hand, i was totally confused and worried what are waiting there for us....

Tuesday and Wednesday (02-03/03/10) - This morning i waked up full of expectation..We were asked to gather at Unirazak's entrance sharp at 8.00pm. We headed to Lembah Nur Pangsun by bus. Myself, Saras, Megala and Husna sat at the back seat of the bus. On the way there i enjoyed the natural views. I really enjoyed the journey and have some chit-chat with my friends.
Once we reach Lembah Nur Pangsun, we were asked to gather in the hall of the resort. We were introduced to Mr. Sazali from LearningEdge Sdn Bhd. We were divided into groups in order to get to know each other and build the communication skill.


We did several group works such as creating our own flag with motto n so on...We even enjoyed playing games which further enhance our ability to work in a team and develop leadership skill which is hidden inside each of us. In short i can say that we gain knowledge and we enjoyed our self in Lembah Nur Pangsun. Personally i would like to thank Biotech Corp for giving me this opportunity for being here and learn a lot of things which is really very very important during my work time. More over i get to know a lot of friends with different background. Hands off to Biotech Corp.

Thursday (04/03/10) - Today we were back to our lecture hall of Unirazak. For the whole day we were doing six different kinds of tests designed to gauge our Intelligence Quotient (IQ), Emotional Quotient (EQ), Creativity, Leadership, Entrepreneurship, and Attention-deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD).

Friday (05/03/10) - This morning we were introduced to two two dynamic women, Ms. Norliza and Ms. Farah. They gave us a brief on how to write an impressive Resume. We were even given a task to do a resume based on the given information. This was done as a group discussion. Later, the completed resume were pasted on the wall and it was corrected by Ms.Liza and Ms. Farah.

Unirazak City Campus..AWESOME!!!



Hi friends... I'm Nithya here. Today is my 14th wonderful day in the BeST program which is being conducted by S.E.E.D, Unirazak. First time i entered Unirazak, City Campus i was very impressed by the awesome trainers and convenient facilities. The varieties of foods provided here were extraordinary delicious. It is very convenient to study in this ultra modern campus environment. The quality modules given in this BeST program will entice prospective students with the passion and drive to pursue the career path they have in mind.


Universiti Tun Abdul Razak's modern Razak Campus which is fully equipped with computer lab and library is a choice for those seeking a quality education coupled with a deep conducive learning environment within the city of Kuala Lumpur.


Last but not least, I'm very proud to say i'm here in the BeST program conducted in this teriffic learning environment.

This is my 14th day in UniRazak...1st time i entered Unirazak City Campus, I was very impressed because of its awesome trainees and wonderful facilities . We can spend our precious free time in the library or even use the IT Lab to access internet. The varieties of foods provided here were extraordinary delicious.


UniRazak City Campus is located in the heart of the vibrant city of Kuala Lumpur and it is only ten minutes walking distance from LRT Dang Wangi and Monorail. Moreover, it is near to the Masjid Jamek, Sogo and most of the banks. We can have varieties of foods nearby this campus. I feel so proud to study in this ultramodern campus environment. It is very convenient being here in the BeST program.
